Hoe kunnen we er voor zorgen dat (digitale) informatie over diensten en producten zo wordt weergegeven dat die ook voor diverse groepen ouderen toegankelijk blijft?

 

Op deze vraag focust mijn bijzondere leerstoel " Oude en nieuwe media in een vergrijzende maatschappij" die ik als bijzonder hoogleraar voor de seniorenorganisatie ANBO bij de afdeling Communicatiewetenschap van de Faculteit der Maatschappij- en Gedragswetenschappen sinds juni 2009 bekleed.
