Biographical Profile

Research
Construction and analysis of educational and psychological measurement instruments; differential item functioning in educational and psychological measurement; psychometric decision making (accept/reject decisions in (culture-fair) selection), and (empirical) specification of utility functions; analysis of psychometric concepts and their interrelations. The research resulted in more than 150 publications and 42 supervised methodological dissertations.
