Carmine Guerriero is assistant professor at the University of Amsterdam, associate editor of the "International Review of Law and Economics," and fellow of the Amsterdam Center for Law and Economics, the Tinbergen Institute, and the Duisenberg School of Finance. His theoretical and empirical papers analyze a variety of topics: the political economy of regulation, the evolution of legal traditions, the determinants and economic effects of property rights, a culture of cooperation, and inclusive political institutions. He has held visiting positions at the IEFE at Bocconi university (2009) and EIEF (2014). Moreover, he received the "Paul Geroski" Prize from EARIE in 2007 and the "Hans-Jurgen-Ewers-Prize" from the Berlin University of Technology in 2011.
