Position
Bérénice is a PhD candidate at the Amsterdam Center for International Law (ACIL) since September 2010, conducting research within the SHARES Project led by Professor André Nollkaemper on Shared Responsibility in International Law. She is writing her PhD thesis on the topic of Responsibility in Collaboratove Military Operations.
Education
Prior to joining the ACIL, Bérénice completed an LLM in Public International Law at the University of Amsterdam (2010). She wrote her Master's thesis on the Applicability of humanitarian law to insurgents groups. Before, she studied in France and obtained a Research Master in Private International Law and International Commercial Law from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2008). She also attended the University of Leicester (United Kingdom) in 2005-2006 during an Erasmus exchange program.
