Willemijn Krebbekx studied Health Sciences and Sociology in Maastricht and Amsterdam. In her PhD-research she explores how young people produce differences and similarities in relation to gender, ethnicity, sexuality, social class and age. To understand these processes she will conduct ethnographic fieldwork in secondary schools in the Netherlands. She is a board member of the Amsterdam Research Center for Gender and Sexuality (ARC-GS).
