Research overview
In my research, I focus on the unique relationship between leaders and followers and investigate how leadership can bring out the best in people as well as where leadership can go wrong. I work on four interrelated lines of research, namely the link between personality and leadership, follower-leader fit, ethical leadership and the dark side of leadership.
