Dissemination of knowledge is essential for the progress of scientific research. It is in the scientific community's interest that research results are made freely available to everyone. By 'open access' publishing of research results, i.e. freely accessible to all, the dissemination of knowledge becomes much more efficient. At this moment, the classic system of paid subscriptions is currently impeding access to scientific material for many.

If you want to add your publications to UvA-DARE, are considering using an alternative publication licence or adapting the copyright agreement with your publisher, I would be happy to assist you.
