Current Position

Assistant Professor

Research interests

My research addresses the factors and processes by which people seek, find and retain employment, and how people manage their careers.  I am particularly interested in the processes that can foster (re-) employment and a successful career, such as preparatory activities (career adaptability), employability, and the type of motivation job-seekers have (autonomous vs. controlled). Additionally, I am interested in career management and people's self-regulatory behaviors to pursue a successful career.
