New PhD student Aart Jonkers

Aart Jonkers (1987) joined the Centre for the Study of European Contract Law in September 2013 as a PhD candidate. He obtained his master’s degree in European Private Law (cum laude) at the University of Amsterdam. Aart currently focuses on business to business personal security contracts (guaranties) in relation to corporate, insolvency and property law.
