Amsterdam educational institutes join valorisation support
As from November 12 November, the UvA, AUAS/HvA, VU, VUmc and AMC-UvA will consolidate their Technology Transfer Offices into a new centre of expertise, to be called Innovation Exchange Amsterdam (IXA).
Innovation Exchange Amsterdam (IXA) assists Amsterdam researchers in converting their invention, idea or research result into a tangible application. IXA does this by supporting the researchers in cooperating with other parties - companies, other organisations, investors - which can develop these ideas. IXA focuses in particular on the business and legal side, frequently involving intellectual property matters, drawing up contracts, conducting business negotiations and performing market research. IXA also helps researchers to find new partners and new sources of research funding.
