The Leadership and Management track is one of six possible specialisation tracks in the Business Administration Master’s programme. Upon completion you will be ready to enter the labour market with a solid theoretical and practical understanding of leadership and management affect organisational, team and individual performance as well as personal ambitions and wellbeing.

The Master's in Business Administration allows you to choose a top-level academic track in one of the following disciplines:

In addition to a preferred specialisation, you may choose from a wide range of elective courses, like Branding, Leadership, Management Consulting or Sustainability. This gives you the opportunity to tailor the programme precisely to your own personal preferences and skills.
Degree
After successful completion of this programme, you will receive a legally accredited Master’s degree in Business Administration and the title Master of Science (MSc).
