Editorial Desk

The UvA’s Dutch and English corporate, student and staff websites form the backbone of the UvA’s daily internal and external communications. The Communications Office oversees these websites both editorially and technically. Among other things, the Editorial Desk is responsible for managing and updating the information in the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring that the UvA’s 'Redactiestatuut' (Dutch only), Dutch and English Web Writing Guidelines and corporate UvA English Style Guide are adhered to, providing advice on pictures and images, and archiving. Proper management is only possible with the help and support of the relevant stakeholders within the organisation.
