Position
Giovanni Sileno is PhD student at the Leibniz Center for Law - the Artificial Intelligence & Law department at the UvA. His research focuses on agent-based modelling from a legal perspective, and the development of an appropriate framework for simulations. He took a M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino (Italy) and the ENSIMAG - INPG (France), following a double degree program. Before joining again the academic world, he worked as business analyst for McKinsey & Co., as freelance software developer for innovative applications and as professional musician.
Research field
Agent-Based Modelling and Simulation, Representations of Law and of Power, Legal knowledge.
