Yasmin is an external doctoral researcher for the Faculty of International Law of the University of Amsterdam. She obtained her masters degree in International & European Law and in Dutch Civil Law from Radboud University. After her graduation she conducted research on the subject of patients’ rights.

In September 2013 Yasmin joined the Amsterdam Center for International Law and started on her interdisciplinary PhD research into the cultural dimension of the right to health. 

Yasmin lectures at the faculty of law at the University of Applied Sciences in Leiden. Her field is international, European and health law.
