Research interests

My research interests lie mainly in the field of retirement and how it affects people, both directly and indirectly, and society at large. I am interested in both the well-being of people experiencing retirement, as well as how it affects their social lives, e.g. their volunteering activities or relationships with others. My speciality areas are:

- The transition of retirement

- Social life in retirement

- Aging
