Using an evidence-based approach to utilise diversity in organisations
Effectively managing diversity is a complex task. Nevertheless, an evidence-based approach can help teams, managers and organisations to utilise the positive aspects of diversity. This is the central premise of Astrid Homan’s inaugural lecture.
