About the speakers
William Walters is Professor of Political Science at Carleton University and author of 'Governing Europe: Discourse, Governmentality and European Integration. He has written extensively on borders, mobility, citizenship and power.
Irma van der Ploeg is at Zuyd University and director of the DigIdeas project, an ERC-funded research project on social and ethical aspects of digital identities.
Huub van Baar is completing his PhD at ASCA, University of Amsterdam, on Roma in Europe. He has published widely on this subject.
