The roundtable is occasioned by Professor Lindseth’s visit to the Netherlands as KNAW visiting professor at Tilburg Law School, and his recent publication of ‘Equilibrium, Demoi-cracy, and Delegation in the Crisis of European Integration’ 15 German Law Journal (2014) which serves as background reading and inspiration for the discussion.
