The summer course on Grant Writing and Proposal Development is an intensive two-week course on conceptualising and developing a grant proposal.
The course will take place from 22 June - 2/3 July in Amsterdam.
Content
This course will expose participants to the strategies of conceptualising and developing a grant proposal. Participants will be introduced to several organisations engaged in local and global activities targeted at education, outreach, and community development. Guided by missions and need statements of these organisations, participants will develop a draft proposal and learn how to identify prospective sponsors for their proposed projects.
Student profile
Students should at least be undergraduate (Bachelor) students entering their 3rd or 4th year.
Tuition fee
The tuition fee is €800.
Scholarships
10 scholarships of €400 are offered by the GSSS. This scholarship will be deducted from the cost of tuition. In order to be eligible for this scholarship, you must currently be a student at the GSSS or CSW or have been accepted as a student for the 2015-2016 academic year.
