Summer School on Security Governance & Conflict Resolution
20 July – 8 August 2014
This three-week programme will give students an in-depth look into the ways in which thinking and speaking about security have changed over time, and how stakeholders on various levels deal with conflicts and security, ranging from the international arena to the state and from private security companies to communities and individuals.

Tuition
Tuition of € 1350 includes:
- Trip to Brussels including hotel
- Excursion to The Hague
- All site visits in and around Amsterdam
- Lunch on class days
- Welcome dinner and Farewell lunch
- Transcript from the UvA
There are various scholarship possibilities. The latest addition is the University Fund (AUF) which has awarded 2 travel grants of €500 each for the Security Governance & Conflict Resolution Summer Programme.
