Getting the call that you are hired for a job is a great moment. However, there is a good chance that before you can start you will need to have a contract negotiations talk. It is often seen as something scary and most people do not know how to approach this talk.  The main point of our Employment Contract and Negotiations workshop is that candidates deserve to get paid and receive benefits in a job offer commensurate with their experience and the value they bring to a new employer. This workshop empowers professionals with the proper techniques to approach a job offer negotiation. By utilizing proven negotiation methodologies that can be put into use during job offer discussions, this workshop empowers participants with the ability to effectively state a case for higher salaries, improved benefits or other merit-based financial rewards.
