I completed my Communication Science Master’s degree in 2010. During my last year at the University I already tried to focus on “What’s next?”. I actively joined guest lecturers at the UvA and chose courses with a more practical focus, for example Communication and Organizational Change.
Today I am working as a change management consultant for Deloitte. Communications is definitely a solid fundament for the business I am working in. However to maximize personal added value it is important to be able to connect communications to other disciplines, and to be adaptive to context.
