This section is meant for students who have not been assigned a room by the University or want to try to find a room on their own. The UvA aims to offer all first-year international students a room, but as demand for student housing is high in Amsterdam, this is not always possible. Finding an affordable place to live on your own is not easy, so begin your search on time. There are different housing options especially for students.
