Prof. Natali Helberger

Natali Helberger is professor of Information Law. She conducts research on how information technology and socio-economic circumstances affect the role and legal position of users of information. Furthermore, she is looking into the implications this will have for information users’ legal position, rights and obligations under current and future information law. Her research mainly focuses on media and data analytics, profiling, social media, privacy and users’ rights.
