I’m interested in how we extract our daily conscious experience from the surrounding visual environment. It is the intersection between visual perception, attention, eye movements, and conscious awareness that particularly fascinates me. My present research uses eye-tracking and EEG decoding techniques to investigate how predictions and current goals influence our attention and conscious experience.
