Business and industry
Businesses wishing to seek solutions together with UvA researchers for more concrete or less concrete issues are welcome to approach the Technology Transfer Office (TTO). These issues may relate to manufacturing processes that are kinder to the environment as well as new medicines, accelerating production processes, applying new systems, product improvement and suchlike.
The TTO will be happy to examine the options at the UvA and research funding together with these businesses. The business concerned is expected to be willing to invest in collaboration with the UvA, but the TTO may possibly apply for supplementary or other grants, or other partners may be interested in similarly investing in the research and collaboration.
