UvA Lustrum grant for ABS doctoral candidate
Dorinth van Dijk (Amsterdam Business School, Finance Section) has been awarded an UvA Lustrum grant to carry out research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
The Lustrum grant, awarded to a total of 22 doctoral candidates at the University of Amsterdam, allows researchers to gain valuable international experience by conducting research abroad.
Research at MIT
Van Dijk stated that he was ‘very pleased to receive this grant because it gives me the chance to spend three months at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In my doctoral research I am focusing on the Dutch housing and mortgage market. At MIT I can conduct research using international data in the field of commercial real estate.'
