'My time in Amsterdam is unfortgettable'
Macey Zeng, Business Administration: Marketing
'The courses in the Marketing track in Business Administration are filled with challenges. They encourage me to think outside the box and work hard for more in-depth insights. My fellow students come from different cultural backgrounds and they are friendly, sharp, highly motivated and well-suited to teamwork.
The schedule facilitates the balance between the practical and academic sides of my study and ensures some extra-curricular activities as well. I am currently working in a small private holding consultancy firm in Amsterdam, dealing with business collaborations in China. Besides that, I’m a member of the International Student Network, which organises numerous student activities, such as social events and sailing trips for international students.
Amsterdam is a great city, combining international diversity and inter-cultural cooperation. As the capital and a tourism-oriented city, an international background has the advantage of many job opportunities and different communities that are open to people from abroad. In addition, residents of Amsterdam are open-minded with an international outlook. I experienced lots of unforgettable moments in this city and I would love to stay after I graduate.'
