'Out of interest of the business life and economic topics in high school I have chosen to study Business Economics. After this decision there was one more choice to be made: Which university? I knew I wanted to study at an university with an informal, open and international character where the possibility exists to develop yourself beyond the basic lectures and classes. With its high level of business education and rooted in the financial capital of the Netherlands I decided to study in Amsterdam at the University of Amsterdam.
In my second year of studying I wanted to challenge myself and decided to take the Finance track. Moreover, my interest for analyzing data and to get a greater knowledge of the financial industry brought me to this decision.
