Main activities: free movement of workers and social security in Europe,
worker’s participation and corporate governance issues, the change of employment
patterns and other labour market items at European level. At AIAS he is
coordinating the work of the European Institute for Construction Labour Research
and the editing of the quarterly CLR-News (ISSN 1997-1745, see
www.clr-news.org). Since 1 March 2012
editor of the monthly Collective Bargaining Newsletter commissioned by the ETUI
to AIAS. Member of the SEEurope network that is dealing with issues related to
the European Company statute,

In November 2013 he received the honorary degree of Doctor of Letters from the
University of Westminster for his work related to European Social Policy.
