I am a PhD candidate at ILLC and Tsinghua University – The University of Amsterdam Joint Research Centre for Logic, under the supervision of Johan van Benthem, Sonja Smets and Fenrong Liu. I received my MA in philosophy under the supervision of Fenrong Liu in 2011 from the Department of Philosophy at Tsinghua University.
My current research interests lie mainly on formal epistemology and mainstream epistemology. I am interested in exploring how different theories of knowledge in mainstream epistemology are related to each other by logical analysis. And how to formally characterize human reasoning, i.e. evidential reasoning, abductive reasoning and default reasoning, is also the focus of my research interest.
