Who was/is your Role Model and why?

The people I learn the most from are usually people with a character that's the opposite of mine. Their skills can often complement mine and they are also often good at things I’m not so good at. They help me see my pitfalls.

What advice would you give your 17-year-old self, reflecting on your personal or professional  challenges, experiences or successes?

Don’t rush. Take the time to learn and gain experience you can use in your career and on your resume. Challenge the ‘why you do it’. Ask questions. Be critical. Never go in automatic pilot mode; that’s where boredom kicks in. And last but not least; social skills are the most important thing. I'm actually still learning about all the above 😊.
