Who was/is your Role Model and why?

I might sound somewhat cliché, but my mum is one of my role models. She taught me, as an economist herself, how to find equilibrium in the markets and in life. Dr Giorgia Romagnoli and Dr Sneha Gaddam are two of my role models at the university as well. Genuine care and empathy towards their students is what distinguishes them and these qualities are always highly appreciated. 

What advice would you give your 17-year-old self, reflecting on your personal or professional  challenges, experiences or successes?

In the end, things will work out one way or another, and every little journey is an experience. My best advice would be to always keep striving! :)
