Training Programme Committees: How to hold effective panel discussions?
Conducting panel discussions with students can provide programme committees with important qualitative information on how students experience their education. But how do you conduct these interviews and what are important things to pay attention to?
In this practical workshop we pay attention to everything that is involved in organising and conducting effective panel discussions. When do you use panel discussions? What forms are there? Which questions can be asked? Who plays a role during the discussions? How do you stimulate a constructive and critical discussion? How do you write a good report? And how do you provide feedback? In addition to the workshop, participants receive various formats and a manual in which they can read all the information.
