For her PhD thesis, Hanna Hölling explores the constitution of conservation objects in relation to our understanding of what an artwork is and how it functions within and beyond a certain historical moment. She thereby considers the implications of the transformation of multimedia artworks upon engagement with their nature and behaviour.
