Paul Luijendijk seeks to expand general insight into the long-term complications and the therapeutic options in patients after surgical and percutaneous repair of a coarctation of the aorta (CoA). CoA is one of the left-sided obstruction defects characterised by a discrete obstructive lesion located in the proximal descending aorta, adjacent to the arterial duct or ligament.
