Pim Klaassen throws light on the development of neuroeconomics, the interdisciplinary field which studies social and economic behavioural choice. He examines the development of neuroeconomics from a perspective on science developed by the Polish microbiologist and philosopher of science Ludwik Fleck. Klaassen attempts to show how neuroeconomists stylize trust, the brain and social action, and what is distinctive of the style carried by neuroeconomists.
