e-Infrastructure is playing an increasing role in the practice of scienctific research. Leon Gommans studies what is needed to create a multi-domain authorization system, allowing applications to access e-Infrastructure resources. Typically, resources that contribute to an e-Infrastructure are owned by multiple service providers. The need for a multi-domain authorization system emerges when access control to such resources needs to be automated.
