Sarah Ketelaar is working to assess how the prevention of occupational health problems amongst healthcare sector staff can be improved. As a part of her research, she is also assessing the related declines in job performance. Ketelaar is evaluating two different strategies aimed at stimulating preventative medical check-ups of nurses and paramedics, in an effort to assess their mental health.
