HIV-related tuberculosis (TBC) is a global public health hazard. Tendesayi Chakezha's research focuses on the prevention and treatment of HIV-related TBC. Three of the four subsidiary studies conducted as a part of her research project were carried out in primary care clinics in the province of Gauteng, South Africa.
