Axial Spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is a chronic rheumatic disease, with predilection for the axial skeleton. Common manifestations include back pain – usually of inflammatory character –, spinal stiffness, etc. Sofia Rami focuses on radiographic axSpA, in which patients have radiographic sacroiliitis. She hereby evaluates the long-term outcomes of this disease.
