Raphael Herr investigates associations between the way employees perceive fairness in the workplace (organizational justice) and aspects of their health. This relates to the way employees perceive the fairness of the way their organization's reward (distributive justice), follows procedures and takes decisions (procedural justice) and interacts with staff (interactional justice).
