Through her research, Sanne van Kampen aims to bridge the gap between the global policies on and local implementation of new tuberculosis diagnotics. One of her objectives, therefore, is to search for evidence that supports scale-up of the most recently recommended tuberculosis diagnostic, the Xpert MTB/RIF assay.
