Michelle Parlevliet’s research investigates the relationship between human rights and conflict resolution in theory and practice in the work of national or local civil society organisations and independent state institutions. The study is partly based on practical experience of working on the nexus between human rights and conflict resolution in South Africa, Northern Ireland, Zimbabwe and Nepal.
