In order to explain economic outcomes, it is essential to understand the behaviour of political actors and how it shapes government policies. Aaron Kamm investigates how the rules of the political system affect the behaviour of the political actors that influence government policy, focusing specifically on voter, candidate and bargaining behaviour. His analysis combines insights from game-theory and controlled laboratory experiments.
