Eszter Czibor conducts a series of studies that explore individual differences in response to incentives. She studies gender differences in in risk taking and competitive choices by analysing data from an online card-game community, and uses data from an incentivised online survey among Dutch entrepreneurs, managers and employers to study the determinants of sorting into teams.
