In her research Marjan Nijborg studies the effect of literary migration and globalisation on literature written in Dutch. She provides textual interpretations and analyses of one Dutch and two Flemish authors with a Moroccan background: A. El Baraka, Rachida Lamrabet and Naima Albdiouni. She investigates the positioning of these writers in the literary field and how this has developed since the 1990s.
