Lester Bergenhenegouwen’s research focuses on the optimal mode of preterm delivery for women with breach presentation and multiple pregnancies. She investigates the outcomes for mother and child in relation to planned caesarean births and planned vaginal births. Her research is based on data of the Netherlands Perinatal Registry (PRN), a national database containing information on pregnancies, deliveries and (re)admissions until 28 days after birth.
