Among the working population, non-permanent workers (without a permanent employment contract) are characterised by a poor mental health status and low socio-economic position. They are also burdened with a greater distance to the labour market compared to sick-listed employed workers. Selwin Audhoe investigates how work participation of sick-listed non-permanent workers with psychological problems can be promoted.
