Zoé Christoff uses tools from the field of modern logic to investigate a number of basic features of social networks and their evolution over time. Aspects she focuses on include flow of information and spread of opinions. The aim is twofold: to offer tools for detailed modelling of specific scenarios and to increase our understanding of the general laws of reasoning that underlie information and diffusion dynamics in social settings.
